The Robert Crown School PTO, a sub-chapter of Wauconda School District 118 PTO, is a vital organization designed to represent parents and teachers in an effort to support our children’s learning experience at Robert Crown School. Our objective is to promote cooperation between parents and the teachers who educate our children. Our goal is to develop a variety of high quality learning experiences and extra-curricular programs for our children. These are accomplished through fundraising and family activities. Building effective connections between our administrators, faculty, parents and the community will ultimately enhance our children’s educational experiences at Robert Crown School.

Please join us for the 4th Robert Crown Shamrock Gym Night. There will be scooter tracks, basketball, baggo, curling, Wii games, and many more activities. We will also have food and raffles. This is a family event, no drop-offs allowed.
Admission is $1 per person with a family maximum of $5. If you would like to volunteer please contact Michelle Roddewig.

Instructions:
1) Write in the student’s & teacher’s name on each voucher. Pass them out to your neighbors, friends, family, etc. The more you pass out and get redeemed then more $$$ donated back to Robert Crown School and that student and teacher could be the lucky winner of one of our sales incentive prizes!
2) Call Nancy’s Pizza in Island Lake @ 847-487-4100 on the specific fundraiser nights.
3) Before ordering, please say: “This is Robert Crown School Pizza Night Fundraiser Order.” Then proceed with your order. Our full menu is also available online at nancyspizza.com
4) Detach the claim check and give to the delivery driver or Nancy’s Pizza cashier at time of payment. Note: Please be aware we must have the claim check in order to credit your school or organization with the sale.
5) Nancy’s Pizza will donate back to Robert Crown School 20% of all voucher sales. If the sales goal of $500.00 is reached Nancy’s Pizza will also donate a $25.00 Nancy’s Gift Card to the student who had the highest voucher totals AND the teacher/classroom whose has the highest combined voucher totals!
6) The teacher/classroom with the most voucher sales will be rewarded with a Pizza Party on the date of their choosing.
Pizza Night purchases excludes use of coupons, in-store specials or any other offer.

To help the Holiday Shop (Dec. 5-8th) run smoothly we are asking each child to donate one item. Please drop off the items via backpack or RCS front office as soon as you can. If each family brings in a small amount of these items, the children can have wrapped presents to bring home.

Monday the 14th, the Scholastic Book Fair begins today! Join us on family night this Wednesday for a fun time and you can even get some early Christmas shopping done! Stop at Burger King in Wauconda on Wednesday night for the Restaurant Benefit and you may even get to see Mr. Brennan and Mrs. Diol taking orders! Book Fair runs through Thursday the 17th. Today is also Market Day Pickup! 3:45-5pm.
To help our school collect Box Tops the PTO is sponsoring a contest during November. Clip out Box Tops from hundreds of your favorite products and turn them in to Robert Crown. Each Box Top is worth 10 cents to our school and that adds up fast The classroom to collect the most box tops will win an ice cream party!
